Life Extensions todagersformel inneholder nå nikotinamid ribosid (niacin bundet til ribose), som finnes naturlig i melk. Nikotinamid ribosid er i studier vist å bidra til mer effektive mitokondrier og til å stimulere biokjemiske veier til lang levealder.

Todagerstabletter inneholder Crominex® 3+, en svært stabil og biologisk aktiv form for krom blandet med Capros® Amla og PrimaVie ® Shilajit. Som en del av et sunt kosthold spiller krom en viktig rolle i å opprettholde et stabilt blodsukkernivå. Todagerstablettene inneholder i tillegg alfa-lipoensyre, en universell antioksidant som bidrar til å øke cellenes glutationnivå ut over det normale.
